Returns and Exchanges
All purchases from crispycitron.com (except those on sales) are eligible for a full refund if returned within 20 days of purchase as long as it has not been worn, washed, or damaged in anyway. The returned merchandise must be accompanied by original sales receipt, tags attached, sanitary liners in place. Items on sale, purchased at a discount of 20% or more are not eligible for a refund.
If you're refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay within 3-5 business days.
Any items purchased at a discount of 20% or higher is considered final sale. Final sale items cannot be returned.
For US customers, we offer a free return label. Please contact; firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll initiate your return.
For International customers, please reach out to: email@example.com and we will assist you. International customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please note, if you are returning an item, shipping costs will be adjusted to the final amount and deducted from the original order amount at the time of refund. For a refund, the full set must be returned (top and bottom).
Crispy Citron will gladly allow any full priced lingerie, bikinis, or apparel item to be exchanged within 20 days of receiving the merchandise as long as it has not been worn, washed, or damaged in anyway. The exchanged merchandise must be accompanied by original sales receipt, tags attached, sanitary liners in place, and need to be sent back in the original poly bags.
Please follow the steps below to go forward with a refund:
• Within 20 days of receiving the merchandise contact Crispy Citron by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org if your exchange is within the guidelines listed above we will email you an exchange authorization within 2 business day after receiving your email. We strongly recommend you have an appropriate method of tracking your exchange. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected exchanges.
• Once you have been authorized to make your exchange, send back the items you wish to exchange to the below address making sure it is post marked within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Please make sure to include your original receipt, tags attached, sanitary liners in place, and poly bags. We will not accept merchandise sent to us that was not post marked within 20 days of receiving the purchase.
• Crispy Citron will take care of your shipping costs if your are claiming an Exchange and you are within the US. International customers are responsible for shipping costs. Crispy Citron will assume shipping costs for the new items for both US & International customers via USPS.
• There is no guarantee we will have your desired exchange piece in the desired size or color, but you can use the credit promo code to purchase any new size/style/color you desire that's in stock and the credit never expires until it's been fully used.
If the customer has received an incorrect order or faulty garment shipping charges will be refunded (standard shipping only)
