When will my order ship?
We ship orders everyday, twice a day. Please note that your order may take up to 2 business days to process.
How can I track my order?
Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Do you price match?
Yes, provided that it's not a clearance price. Clearance price is considered to be 30% or more off the original price. We will match clearance prices at our discretion.
I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
Yes as long as it has not been shipped yet. Please sent an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist you. If your order has been shipped you always have the option of returning your order.
I forgot to enter my promotional code, is it too late?
Not at all, please email email@example.com with your order number and promotional code so we can issue you the credit.
I'm not sure what size I am, how can I determine this before ordering?
Each items features its own size guide provided by the designers to help you determine fit. If you're still not sure please send us an email: firstname.lastname@example.org. We understand how difficult it may be to determine your size, that is why we provide free exchanges for items that do not fit.
Is there any duty taxes?
All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Please check with your local authority as they establish the limits for duty free packages.
