To live your best life, you have to put in a conscious effort to form good habits in order to make the life the best it can be. Whether it be simple things that make you happy, or bigger things that lead you to attain your dreams, ensuring you have a healthy, daily regiment is the key to success.
The first healthy habit on this list is to set an alarm ten minutes before you need to wake up. It sounds impossible. Believe me, that’s what I thought too. But it is worth it in the long run! By giving yourself those extra ten minutes, you give yourself time to wake up. You can take those ten minutes for an extra long shower, to cruise your social media, or to just lay in bed! It does wonders. It’s enough time to make sure you aren’t in a rush in the morning. Take a breath. Relax. Enjoy the morning. Trust me, this is a great habit to get into.
Another super habit to enforce is to drink a smoothie every single morning. Not only is it an easy way to get in your fruits and veggies, it’s a really easy way to stay fuller, longer. You can put almost anything into a smoothie, and it’ll still taste great! They’re amazingly healthy and will help you kick start your way into the sexy summer bod you’ll be able to maintain year round! Missing the summer as the sunny weather slips away? And an easy way to do that is at the end of every week, put ten dollars into a savings account. That’s about as much as you’d spend on coffee a week. Sounds pretty easy right? By just putting ten dollars in a week, that’s an extra $520 a year. On top of that, you can make your own savings plan too. It’s really easy to save money, you just have to go out and do it! The last tip that I’m going to give you to create healthy habits to make your life the best it can be is to live your life for you. Just you. Don’t live it to impress someone. Don’t live it because it’s what your parents want. The absolute worst thing you can do is to live your life for anyone, or anything, but yourself. You will be miserable! The weight of impressing everyone while doing something you aren’t passionate about will break you down, and you don’t need anyone stopping your wings from spreading. Wake up every morning asking yourself, am I happy? If your answer isn’t yes, ask yourself what you can do to change that. You can do it in your head, or physically write it down in a journal, or on your phone. Trust me, you’re all beautiful, strong women, just waiting to fly into the world. You deserve to live the most beautiful life you can!
